All pupils in Tongue Primary School are part of our Pupil Council.

We also have four Pupil Council Reps, Lucy, Ruaridh, Inga and Ruairidh.

Our Pupil Council are very involved in decision making within our school – their voices are definitely heard!

Some changes our Pupil Council have brought about include Dress Down Friday and

the purchase of new resources for the playground – all of which were chosen by our children.

They decided what fundraising they would like to do this year.  The first will being a raffle at the Christmas Show in December.

They are currently involved in designing and creating benches for our outdoor classroom.

Pupils all worked together as a team to decide and agree on the Tongue Primary school rules.

The Pupil Council are currently creating a handbook for any new pupils that enrol in our school and have just finished the introductory letter.
